Application:

• For best results, use the oil daily, especially on areas prone to cellulite and stretch marks.
• Apply the oil to clean and dry skin, preferably after a shower or bath when the pores are open and the skin is better able to absorb the nutrients.
• Take a small amount of oil in your palms and warm it slightly by rubbing them together.
• Apply the oil to the areas that need it most, such as the thighs, stomach, hips and buttocks.
• Massage gently with firm, circular movements to stimulate circulation and promote the penetration of the ingredients.
• For a deep massage, stroke from the legs upwards towards the torso to stimulate lymphatic drainage.
• A massage device, such as an anti-cellulite roller or glove, can also be used.
• Allow the oil to absorb completely before getting dressed. The light texture of the oil does not leave a greasy feeling - however, wait for a few minutes after application before getting dressed to allow your skin to absorb the oil.
