Description
Traditional oil pulling is documented in the ancient teachings of Ayurveda and has become established in dental hygiene to this day. By pulling and rinsing, the oil also reaches nooks and crannies in the mouth as well as the spaces between the teeth. This releases the neutralising properties that prevent damage. The specially prepared oil made from sesame, thyme and sage also restores the acid-base balance and ensures pleasant breath.
Application:
- Place a tablespoon of the oil in the mouth on an empty stomach in the morning and rinse with it for 3 - 5 minutes.
- Then spit out the oil and rinse the mouth with warm water.
- Afterwards, it is best to brush your teeth with Alkaline Toothpaste by Michael Droste-Laux.
