Directions for use:
Massage into the skin daily using circular motions. For an intensive care routine, combine with a gentle pinching massage.

Tip: 2-week intensive course:

Pour 8-10 ml onto the palms of your hands.
Massage the affected area clockwise for 10 minutes every morning.
Massage the affected area for 10 minutes in the evening as well.
For continued care, apply every morning after showering.
