Ginger
The ginger plant is mainly cultivated in America, Southeast Africa, China, India and Japan. In skin care, it is regarded for its antiseptic, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. It promotes blood circulation and has an antioxidant effect. Ginger is particularly well suited for care products for athletes, especially in preventing muscle pain and rheumatism.
In aromatherapy, ginger acts as an aphrodisiac, counteracts mental fatigue and exhaustion and relieves internal stress.
