Vanilla
The vanilla plant belongs to the orchid family and is native to Madagascar. The oil is extracted from its pod and is used in aromatherapy to mitigate depression, harmonize, calm, lift your mood and warm your spirit. Vanilla helps with anger and irritability, stress, nightmares and insomnia. Caution is advised as vanilla oil may cause allergic reactions.
