Kostkamm Fascia Massage Comb, 10,5 cm

The Fascia Massage Comb was developed in collaboration with a physiotherapist. It is the product of a synergy of optimal utilisation of the natural raw material and specialist knowledge, which is reflected in the shape, ergonomics and spacing. The comb lies in the hand in such a way that the fingers can remain at the same height as the ends of the teeth and thus intuitively feel where the comb can penetrate deeper into the tissue and where it should be applied more superficially.

Application:

• Can be used dry or with massage oil.
• Initially with little pressure in long, superficial strokes - lengthwise, crosswise and at a 45° angle.
• Then shorter and deeper.
• Many small, alternating stimuli of pressure and tension loosen adhesions in the connective tissue more effectively than long single strokes.

Care instructions: If the fascia comb is used with oil, it should
occasionally clean it with a mild product, dry it off and
stored in a dry place.
