There are no specific contraindications for using Fitocell Out cream and Fitocell In during pregnancy and lactation.
Regarding the use of the cream in particular, it must be taken into account that it contains caffeine, precisely two applications of cream for day = a cup of coffee
As we know in pregnancy and lactation the use of caffeine must be moderate, so be careful not to exceed the daily limit allowed by the doctor if it should also be taken in another way.

The supplement contains Gotu Kola (centella asiatica), and it is generally not recommended to take Gotu Kola while pregnant or breastfeeding because of lack of studies. Personally, I would ask my doctor before use if pregnant!
