Application:
- Only use the pencil on clean, dry eyebrows.
- Following the direction of growth, draw short strokes with a light hand to create a natural look.
- Then draw a line with the highlighter directly under the brows along the arch and blend it with your finger. This provides more definition and an amazing lifting effect.
