It depends on what brush you are using and what you are using it for. We wouldn't recommend using face brushes when wet however you could use eye brushes wet to help achieve the look you want. For example, the eye liner brush can be used to create a liquid eyeliner look. Also an eye shadow brush can be used lightly wet to create a more creamy shadow :)
