Description
Co-Wash is a conditioner that replaces a shampoo - a particularly mild 2-in-1 product that cleanses the hair. The gentle and super-nourishing cleanser saves time while enhancing softness and silkiness.
It does not foam and preserves the natural oils and moisture of your skin and hair. The co-wash contains only mild surfactants from coconut and moringa oil to effectively remove dirt and excess sebum while reducing frizz. It also nourishes with soy proteins that protect the hair shaft, while panthenol maintains hydration, and extracts of calendula, chamomile and tiare flowers give the hair softness and shine.
The product is perfect for curly, frizzy, dry hair. It contains no silicones, does not cause any oiliness or weigh the hair down and can also be used to preserve and prolong the colour of colour-treated hair.
Application:
- Apply a generous amount of product to wet hair and distribute evenly.
- Massage gently onto the scalp and hair, then rinse thoroughly.
- Repeat the process if necessary and continue with drying and styling.
Tip:
- The product does not lather like a classic shampoo, but cleanses the hair just as well.
- It is ideal for use after exercise or contact with chlorinated or sea water.
- Integrate the co-wash into your usual routine, for example, once a week, to minimise the effects of shampooing your hair too often.

Is it useful for thinner hair?
I got a tester from Ecco Verde, and I fell in love with the smell and how silky my hair felt after, so I decided to get a bottle. I use it instead of conditioner after gentle shampooing, alone for me it does not do the job at all. Using more generous quantities than when I had the tester and more often I noticed that it is useful only, if:
1) you are about to style your hair
2) you really want your hair to smell like the sweet flowery scent this co-wash has (I sometimes miss that with all natural shampoos and conditioners)
3) you blow-dry your hair after washing (then it stays silky and very soft)
Otherwise, it is good, but I lose a lot of volume and while the hair still feels nice and silky, it does not look very good.
