If it has salvia oil, it is not essential oil free? I am confused.

  The fragrance-free deodorant cream is also considered fragrance-free despite containing Salvia Officinalis Oil.
  
  Salvia Officinalis Oil is an essential oil but not a perfume oil as we know it from cosmetics. A classic perfume oil, as contained in most cosmetics on the market, is a cocktail of various essential oils which is unsuitable for sensitive skin.
  
  Why then is Salvia Officinalis Oil included in our deodorant ?
  
  We have chosen this essential oil as the active ingredient, it is particularly effective against bacteria, fungi & viruses.
