Description
The highly mineral pigments of the light and silky eyeshadows provide lasting colour payoff without clogging the pores, settling into fine lines are crumbling. Ideal for a light and subtle eye make-up look but can be used to create dramatic looks, too. The formula contains jojoba oil that hydrates the delicate skin of the eyes.
Application:
- Use your fingertips of the PHB Eye Shadow Brush to apply the product.
- It is best to apply a small amount of product first then build the coverage as needed.
