It is a gel that smells like rosemary and lavender, in a gentle and natural way. Use it in the morning, as the rosemary has an energysing effect. It helps with tense or sore muscles.

I've lost count of how many times I purchased this product. I frequently got o the gym and I shower there, after workout. This is the perfect product.
All those sound-good sentences about feeling refreshed and toned and good after exercise? ALL TRUE.
Once I had finished it and I used something else as an emergency and it wasn't the same AT ALL.
