A wonderful blend of blossoms, herbs and sea salt combined with the active ingredients obtained from birch, lemon balm, sage, calendula as well as citric acid have a refreshing and energising effect on the skin and body. Mineral-rich sea salt supplies the skin with moisture, regulates the acid content of the skin and protects it from dehydration. Lemon and lemon balm essential oils have a refreshing effect on the senses.

Application:

1. The herbal ingredients unfold their fragrances and active ingredients after only a few minutes.
2. Place approximately 50 g -100 g of the aroma bath under running, warm water and let the flowers, herbs and oils soak for a few minutes.
3. If you prefer not to have any flowers in the tub, simply fill the aroma bath into a cotton bag and place in the bath water.
4. A water temperature of 35 - 38 ° C and a bathing time of about 25 - 30 minutes is recommended.
