Description

The fresh and minty Oil for Oil-Pulling combines the knowledge of aromatherapy with Ayurveda teachings. It is a flavourful recipe with ginger, spearmint and sesame for daily oral hygiene. Through chewing and pulling movements, the cleansing composition reaches interdental spaces and binds substances that have accumulated in the mouth overnight.

Application:

Use before brushing your teeth on an empty stomach.
Place 1 tablespoon of oil in the mouth for approximately 10 minutes and pull through the teeth.
Then, spit out into a tissue, dispose of it in the household waste and rinse your mouth with water.
Then, brush your teeth as usual.

Tips:

Especially at the beginning, you have to get used to the oily mouthfeel.
It may therefore be advisable not to use too much oil at first and to slowly increase the duration of use from 3 - 5 minutes.
Alternating between pulling, slurping and moving in the mouth can provide a pleasant change and prevent the jaw muscles from tensing up.
