I bought the small Natu cup from another shop, just wanted to share my experience: if you have not given birth yet, go for the smaller size, even if you are over 40. Because it is so soft and pliable, it feels very comfortable, is easy to insert and will not leak if properly placed. Before buying the Natu menstrual cup, I bought one from another brand which was for women over 30 - that cup was much firmer than the small Natu cup, made from non-transparent silicone and it felt quite uncomfortable and too big for me.

Essential for every menses

I've had the Natu now for nearly two years and it has become an essential each and every menses. It has never leaked or failed me, absolutely cannot feel it once properly inserted. I'm always surprised by how such a soft pliable cup can hold up the way it does, also comfortable while cramping. Brilliant device.

I have been using my first menstru cup for a few months now and I can say I am satisfied. it is quite messy but I doubt there is anything that isnt involving menstruation anyway so I find this is better than pads or tampons. I dont really feel it. the only downside it can have but thats cause of me is that when I stay too long in bed and thus dont empty it fast enough at the beginning of the period it can overflow and thus leak.. but thats again my own fault for being lazy and not emptying it on time at night... but for the rest, it is mostly a thing getting used to and getting handy in. imo its worth it since it definitly is better for the wallet and the environement!

This is my first menstrual cup so I cant really compare. I am over 30 but I never gave birth to a child so I still chose the bigger one. Sometimes it leaks a little bit but nothing really serious. I find it sometimes really big and difficut to insert as it is quite firm. I wonder if I should have taken the smaller one for younger women.
