Share Share Pomelozzini® - Pralines made from Fermented Pomelo Fruits, 4 Pcs

The pomelo is an oval to round citrus fruit that is related to the grapefruit and orange.

To produce Pomelozzini®, the peel and outer skin are removed from natural fruit immediately after harvest and the fruit is crushed. The crushed fruits are then fermented in their own juice for at least 30 months. The fruits are then moulded into pralines and packaged in a protective atmosphere.

The pomelo is known for its high vitamin C content, but it is also rich in

• Essential oils
• Enzymes
• Microorganisms
• Vitamins
• Important bitter substances

The high content of bitter substances is much appreciated in Traditional Chinese Medicine or TCM. The bitter flavour is due to naringin and limonin.

Tip:
Share-Pomelozzini® is ideal for preparing a tasty, refreshing drink - dissolve one (or even a half) praline in lukewarm water (40°C). Or add to your favourite smoothie.

Recommended use:

• 1-2 pomelo per day.
• Make sure you drink enough water after taking the pomelo.
