Dr. Hauschka "Freshness" Sage Bath Essence

This sage bath oil offers the ideal care after physical exertion: it warms the body and prevents the muscles from cooling down too quickly while being pleasantly refreshing. The oil can also be used for foot baths when the feet have undergone some strain. When used regularly, the bath additive ensures a deodorising effect and a delicately supple skin feel.

Directions for use:

• Full-body bath: add 1 - 3 capfuls of essence directly to running water.
• Footbath: add 1 - 2 capfuls to a container with water. Soak the feet for 10 - 15 minutes. Use twice a week and gradually increase the water temperature to 40°C.
