This refined spice mixture with oats, tiger nuts and Ayurvedic spices tastes best with warm milk, soy, oat or almond milk. Preparation:

• Heat up 100–150 ml milk, oat drink or another plant drink, add a sachet of Moon Milk, mix with a hand blender or whisk and enjoy.
• You can also froth up the drink with a milk frother.
